Kelly EarthWhat were they thinking with these changing rooms? They had an opportunity with a brand new building to build changing rooms big enough for many members. When I saw the changing rooms I literally laughed out loud. 3 people can change at max at the same time. What were you thinking? There is no way a British person made this decision. This would never happen at a PureGym in the UK.
Gemi JuniSuch a bad gym, caught skin rash after the gym - i work at home and the mainly place i go in contact with other people is the gym. Their disinfecting is diluted or something but feels like plain tap water. Had to bring my own and my skin got better. No way to find a staff in the place to get help for the qr scanning, have to contact support through an email and as they dont give a damn since they just send you the staff schedule. Bad experience so far, don't recommend.
Catalin TudoracheThe gym is great, but there are a few things to improve. 1. Etiquette. It’s so pure chaos, many people don’t put the plates and weights back, bars are left loaded, etc. Such a small thing that can make a huge difference in the quality of everyone’s time. The staff can try to educate the customers more proactively. Probably an easy win. (Send a newsletter, put signs on the wall, etc.) 2. Changing room. I’ve never seen such a small changing room and such small lockers in my entire life. I know it’s hard to change, so I don’t expect a miracle.
Nick TriantafyllidisI bought a daily pass to give it a try since it’s slightly closer to my house and more secluded than my current gym. Not gonna return because of the following: 1. No water fountain; I was in such disbelief that I was searching around looking like a weirdo. 2. The disastrous locker room that everyone mentions. On top of it being small, lockers can fall on you if you look at them wrong. 3. No reminders of gym etiquette ie use your towel to cover equipment or remember to wipe it down after use. It’s a nah.
Francesco Erraniafter they renewed the gym the changing rooms are comically small. There is no space. On top of this, there are less machine than before. I will not renew the subscription if things are not going to change.
