First time at PROTAGONIST and I truly love this studio! Camilla was kind and welcoming and guided me through the reformer workout. The workout was innovative (with a LED mask, highly appreciated by a skincare nerd) and the studio clean and modern. The Nespresso machine is a nice bonus!

Really fun and intense strength class with coach Victoria! Her vibe and positive energy helped me push through. Really nice spot close to Zürich HB. Highly recommend!

I joined two strength classes during my trip to Zurich and really enjoyed them. Great energy, challenging in a good way and I definitely felt pushed to my limits. Also very suitable for men, which is not always the case with every studio or class format. 💪

I took the BULD class with Victoria, who was amazing — super attentive and adapts to all levels. Such a great experience! I can’t wait to go back and try the Reformer next time!✨
