Very pleasant and professional instruction, specializing in private lessons. Individual needs are addressed, and progress is quickly noticeable. The instructors are motivated and highly experienced, and can offer not only Pilates but also related disciplines (spiral dynamism, yoga, etc.). Beautiful, new equipment with plenty of space during lessons. Conveniently located in Seefeld. I've been a student of Natalie Diel for years and highly recommend the studio.

The teachers are highly skilled. Particular emphasis is placed on precise execution, which accelerates personal progress. The studio is attractive and has a very pleasant atmosphere.
