Mathilde is an excellent instructor who pays close attention to detail, ensuring a challenging workout focused on core strength and proper form. It’s a wonderful, English-friendly boutique studio. Perfect if you are looking for high-quality Pilates in Zurich!

Such a wonderful Pilates studio! The welcome is warm and professional from the moment you walk in. The instructor is absolutely lovely and always makes sure to adapt the exercises to your level and specific needs. You can go there with your eyes closed—highly recommended!
