Lady on the front desk was not friendly at all. We asked to see a class and she showed us the window from the outside for us to watch. I guess this place does not need any extra business. Not even a tour we were offered. This was Sunday morning when they were empty. I am a former member from the Zug Ftinesspark and they have a much better customer service.

Great gym, I really love the large functional area they have. Plenty of space and all the necessary equipment. There are two group fitness rooms in which you can attend many different classes. Last but not least they have a nice spa area.

I guess this is how a business starts going wrong... the facilities are big enough but looks like you're in the 80ies. Classes are super demotivating, not even my mom would listen to those songs at her time. Super outdated, not worth the amount of money I'm spending on the subscription.

Great spa but not a great gym. Focus on (a bit overdone and useless) machines, only 2 bars available for squats, deadlifts etc. Really lacking the most basic things such as normal pulldown cables. Not very pleasant atmosphere. Spa is great with ample space, clean, nice atmosphere and a lot of amenities. Great if you look for a nearby spa but don’t really workout often
