Ezio AuditoreSTAY AWAY! I've heard from several people who signed up for a trial subscription and never received an access code, yet they were charged for a Platinum subscription even though they NEVER received one. Furthermore, I've frequently seen syringes for steroid use in the locker room.
Rene HungerbuehlerBeware of contract traps â unclear terms and conditions and questionable demands!!!!!! I booked and paid for a one-time trial lesson in September 2024. A few months later, I suddenly received an invoice for over CHF 1,300 for a supposed annual subscription â with the justification that I hadn't canceled the "trial subscription" in time. The problem: The terms and conditions were nowhere to be found, not visible on the website, and were never communicated to me transparently. There was no clear information about the fact that a one-time trial session would automatically result in a long-term contract. I couldn't contact the gym. I couldn't reach them by email or phone. Instead, the case was immediately referred to a debt collection agency â even though the claim is completely unfounded. Fortunately, I have legal protection insurance, which is now taking legal action against this practice. I can only advise everyone: stay away if you don't want to experience any unpleasant surprises.

Philipp EngelerBeware of subscription traps! Be sure to read the terms and conditions before signing up for a trial subscription, or you'll regret it. Furthermore, the gym is (practically) unreachable by phone or email. Customer service isn't a priority here. The equipment is good, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. There are better, more customer-friendly, and at the same time, cheaper gyms.
