Discovering Vivid Pilates been a life changing experience from a fitness and well-being. I started with weekly classes and then scheduled individual, private sessions with Vivica. The studio classes are accessible for beginner like me but also adapted to challenge someone advanced in their practice. Vivica’s instruction is especially clear, encouraging and individualized. She introduces and reinforces the principles of Pilates to enable her students to achieve their goals. Highly recommend for anyone looking to start or deepen their Pilates practice.

I cannot recommend Vivica and her team enough. In a few sessions, under their guidance and support, I can finally move like I have not been able to for years. As an osteopath and as a mom having had 3 pregnancies, I highly recommend this studio! You will love the atmosphere and quality of classes!

I was fortunate to experience a private session at Vivid Pilates during my short stay in Lausanne. Vivica was an excellent instructor. She ensured that all the fundamentals (breathing, postures, etc) were covered before challenging me to the next level. The studio was also bright, elegant and functional. I enjoyed my time there and will definitely come again in the future. Thank you!
