Fábio Santos24 h gym with a few other gyms over the country which we can use with the same membership. Clean, and with a lot of machines. Personally i believe they don’t have enough mirrors so I can check my posture during the exercise. They could add more dumbbells as they seem to only have 3 pairs of 12.5 kg for example which is heavily used. The entrance works with a personal code and a scan of the fingerprint to make sure you don’t share your membership and that’s a nice safety measure. But im encountering problems when I scan my finger, making me scan it like 4 times before it works. The changing rooms are very compact. And the lockers and benches are very small. You have a very short bench to put all your stuff and to change which is very tricky especially when you have people next to you trying to change. The paper towel roll to clean the equipment have paper not strong enough to clean as it desintegrates easily. There’s also a women’s only room which I can’t figure out the need for it.

Behnam KhodadadiThis is a fantastic gym. Everything is modern and clean. Staff is very helpful and the price is reasonable.
PhilGym is perfect and has everything you need for a low price. However the crowds have no gym etiquette. Working out in front of mirrors, blocking weights, walking around with tripods filming, using multiple machines at a time. This is not the gyms fault,its the people it attracts.
Joe SoultanisThis location recently updated their equipment to get some new barbells, proper squat racks, properly sized olympic plates, wooden platforms and more dumbbells. This has been a huge improvement to the quality of the gym and my training experience, and brings it in line with other nearby locations. 5 stars well deserved for listening to members and making improvements.
