Our Take
A mid-range Nonstop Gym site in Lausanne's Flon district with 24/7 access, sauna, comprehensive free weights and functional training equipment — well-equipped but with persistent ventilation and hygiene complaints.
Pick Nonstop Flon if 24/7 access, squat racks, deadlift platforms, and sauna at a mid-range price point are your priorities — and train outside peak hours to avoid wait times and odour issues.

I usually come here every day. Like all Nonstop gyms, access is fully automated and quite convenient. In the early morning it's usually pretty good, there are not a lot of people and you can easily train. It gets worse in the afternoon, and it's usually filled with people in the evening. A few more machines and weights would definitely help. Apart from this, the gym is clean and everything functions quite well.
I usually go there at off-peak hours of the morning. Generally speaking, it is a great gym - it’s clean, all of the equipment is functional, and the regulars have always been nice and considerate towards one another, and that speaks volumes of the overall satisfaction with the place. A two minor gripes keep it from a 5-star: - The showers - there’s no curtains or doors, which means there is no privacy, despite them being individual cabins. An additional hook on the walls would be welcome, so that we could hang more than our towel on the inside (I for one have a waterproof bag for my underwear and shower gel, deodorant, etc). They ask you to dry your feet inside the shower area, but there’s barely a way to do so, because usually the whole floor gets wet when people are using it (another thing shower curtains could help with). There’s also no bench you can sit on to dry your feet and put on socks, so everyone ends up taking their shower slippers to the main dressing area. - Pulley accessories: The different handles for the pulley-operated machines are all inside a disorganised bin. Not the end of the world, but someone you have to dig in to find the one you need, if it’s there. For people with reduced mobility, it’s not a fun experience. It would be nice if they were attached to the wall. Where you could easily reach out and take them from. One last minor remark, but to be clear, I don’t fault the gym for this: on weekend mornings, you’ll sometimes find that the entrance reeks of the smell of urine. It’s unfortunate, but again, not the gym’s fault, and I’m not sure if there’s anything they can do about it, so I’m just putting it out there. Don’t be discouraged by that because inside, like I said, it’s pretty clean! All in all, it’s a great place to get a workout, if you feel like you don’t need/want any major luxuries. It hits all the basics, and does a great job at that!
The gym is clean, well equipped and competitively priced. They recently adjusted the layout and it’s an improvement, I would still like to see a hack squat machine and another Versa Functional trainer machine (maybe some of the cross trainers could be removed, I only ever see one or two being used…) I would encourage people to avoid peak hours as it can get pretty busy.
Very spacious and well lit gym with uptodate equipments. Not too crowded and nice vibe.
The second floor is always too warm but yhe rest is ok.
