Helene LydiaI’ve been a member for 5 years and have seen the gym evolve a lot. The good: - Staff are changing but overall always friendly and polite - Good equipment variety and feel safe. Quality is better than most gyms I’ve tried - Group classes are getting better The stuff that needs fixing: - Space is cramped, there’s always a chance to move and bump into someone (why do people do sit-up/abs around the squat rack area?) - People aren’t putting back plates, I’m constantly hunting around the whole gym just to find plates - The AC system is unreliable for a so called premium gym. It’s inconsistent across the club (can be cool at reception, hot in locker room, cool at free space area, hot in weight area) - Membership fees are already steep but still charging extra for paid events I hope I can see better progress and can revise up the rating in near future.

The extended opening hours allow you fit perfectly for busy professionals with crazy schedules. Beyond the amenities and extensive equipments available, this gym has a great crowd - super friendly and respectful members. I met my husband and best friends in HolmesPlace, so I can only highly recommend.

Every session is different, fun, and challenging, so it never gets boring. He's motivating, knows his stuff, and really pushes you to improve while keeping it enjoyable. Highly recommend him if you're looking for an awesome coach!
