It became much more than just a gym for me; it's like a second family. The staff at this establishment made me feel comfortable from day one. Their professionalism and expertise allowed me to progress, push my limits, and above all, find genuine enjoyment in exercising. I wasn't at all athletic to begin with, but thanks to their guidance and encouragement, I discovered a love for sports and the discipline of athletic training. I want to emphasize the excellent welcome I've always received, as well as the quality of the services offered. It's a true pleasure to work out at this gym. Ines HuggenbergerI left the commercial gyms and joined Fitness Passion because it was near my workplace. Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience. Having signed up for a 24/7 access membership (which was the aspect that appealed to me), I was quite regular, going three to four times a week, and everything was going very well at first. I loved the old-school gym concept. I managed to achieve a complete body transformation without any coaching from the gym staff. And from then on, I quickly realized I was no longer welcome… I still don't know why. My access wasn't working properly. I went there so many times only to be locked out, and it wasn't for lack of asking them to restart my access. It wasn't the other members' responsibility to open the door for me. It's a shame that success is so disruptive that it throws obstacles in the way, especially coming from a manager who claims to be passionate.
