jesse pThe studio has an open gym upstairs and a workout room for group training downstairs. There's plenty of weights, ropes, balls and other machines in the studio to satisfy any gym rat's needs. The changing rooms for men is downstairs, the one for women is upstairs. They have their own showers inside and a toilet outside. The cleanliness could be better. That's why the studio appears bit grungy. The group trainings are mostly fun, because of your gym mates if nothing else.
