MJHelena is remarkably kind, helpful, and has made EVO Fitness a welcoming experience over the past few months. I greatly appreciate the cleanliness, well-maintained facilities, and respectful atmosphere. Everyone is serious about training and completing their sets — it's motivating to work out here. Many thanks to the cleaning team as well, they do a great job!
Monserrat FuentesThis gym has taken advantage of me and even though I messaged, many times, about wanting to cancel, and even went through their website to do so, I still got charged for the following month (as is in their policy) and apparently my membership was not even cancelled, and now I am being told that I cannot actually cancel my membership. I find this completely disrespectful as I sent MANY emails communicating and making sure I was taking the right steps only to be slapped in the face with them requesting even more fees on a procedure I already did (Cancelling through their website) of course they do not have a phone line so that you can call and communicate this issue with, just a phone number for the individual gym. Cannot say I would recommend this gym now.
AndrejGreat placement in the middle of the Bern with pretty cheap parking garage next to it. Staff seems very nice and helpful. Only one bench and squat rack, so if you come in the evening, you might have to wait few minutes for them.
AndréHelpful and friendly staff. Great equipment and machines. They even ordered a trap bar right after I asked if there was one in the gym.
