Sassha Perissila SudarsonoI was recently disappointed by a new rule from the management regarding minimum number participants for a group class/course. Due to that one of my favorite class has been cancelled 5 weeks in a row. Last night was Schnupperabend and the various classes were full of people. I hope more will see the benefit of different types of workout which not only strengthen and shape muscle but mobility, balance, spike your heart rate, usw. Plus it is more fun to persevere and push through the pain together 😁. Overal I also appreciate the classes because the trainers are good at what they do, some are excellent in creating positive, motivating and fun environment, and I think more need to experience that. Shout out to the great team of friendly and knowlegeable staff as well.

Lior KimronDisappointing customer service. I canceled my membership after leaving Switzerland, just a few days late — didn’t use the gym after that, and asked politely for a small exception or reduction. They refused, didn’t even reply to my last message. Not how you treat loyal customers. ☹️

Irene IdagoNice gym but very stubborn with exit rules. Furthermore, no explanation is given to non-German speakers at contract signing that 3 months notice period is needed. At contract renewal the price mysteriously increase by CHF 200.
