Matt KienerVery nice gym: clean, modern, and offering a beautiful view. Training in such a bright and luminous environment is very enjoyable. However, given the price level, some aspects are disappointing. The opening hours are quite limited, especially on weekends and public holidays, when the gym closes as early as 6 p.m. This is a real problem for people working on weekends. While weekday attendance is generally comfortable, the gym is often overcrowded on weekends. In addition, air quality could be improved, particularly during summer. The air tends to become warm and humid, which makes training less pleasant. Overall, the gym is very appealing, but at this price point, the quality–price ratio could clearly be better.
MarieLovely and modern gym with a nice rooftop terrasse. The gym is well equipped, towels are provided, the staff is friendly, and it is very clean and maintained (especially changing rooms) The gym is located on two floors, but unfortunately, you need to go through the stairway to reach the lower classroom. In addition, the main negative thing about the gym is that you cannot open the windows in the course room, which makes the air very bad and also highly increases the air humidity, which leads to a very slippery floor
Nicole AGreat gym with friendly staff. The gym has an interesting layout being split between 2 floors. The sauna, steam shower, and quiet room are a nice touch. The facilities are always clean. In the mornings it's not too crowded, I normally don't have to wait for any equipment, but I definitely recommend not going after work. The membership is a bit pricey.
CarrieWonderful gym with amazing views across Basel. There is pretty much every machine or equipment you will ever want, and in terms of water, coffee, towels, hygiene etc, they really thought of everything. Of course staff are great too! Thank you!
Manuel MüllersI tested this gym as part of a free trial. The location is great, close to the SBB train station and the city center. Employees are very friendly and nice and the premises are clean. Equipment seems to be state of the art. Didn't pick this gym in the end since in my view the price/performance ratio was really bad compared to other gyms in Basel. In addition, the gym looks better on the website than in reality. The photographer managed to highlight the sweet spots very well, so in the end, reality can't keep up with expectations.
