Annette BThe center should have been closed for the refurbishment: it is an act of gaslighting customers and the public to claim that it is safe and free of health hazards to keep a refurbishment site full of dust, dirt, mold in open wet areas, construction installations in an active fitness club. What is supposed to be supportive in health promotion is in fact dangerous on multiple levels!
Val RemI am highly disappointed with the recent changes at this gym. Following the renovations, there will now only be one single room dedicated to classes. This major downgrade was never made clear in their communication, which has been absolutely terrible. If I had known this beforehand, I would have never renewed my membership. The fitness classes have always been very popular, so removing them makes absolutely no sense. I registered here specifically for these classes, and now I am left with a very poor and limited selection. To make matters worse, trying to get clarity or updates at the reception is impossible. The staff members are unfriendly and unprepared to answer questions.
Mike GuralnikGreat atmosphere. Enough machines lots of options to choose. Check out the eGym, it is cool. The Ebracelet system is great, doubes up tracking you workout and opening your locker. The SPA and water park was great, but is now closed for 3 months. I wish they had a lap pool for people who really like swimming. The water in the 'hot tub' definitely is not warm enough, and that's a shame

Centrally located, helpful staff, 3 floors - there could be a bit larger free-weight area, though. Monday to Thursday 5-7pm are usually crowded. Wellness with wow-factor...
