EMLady on the front desk was not friendly at all. We asked to see a class and she showed us the window from the outside for us to watch. I guess this place does not need any extra business. Not even a tour we were offered. This was Sunday morning when they were empty. I am a former member from the Zug Ftinesspark and they have a much better customer service.
Lucian DietscheGreat gym, I really love the large functional area they have. Plenty of space and all the necessary equipment. There are two group fitness rooms in which you can attend many different classes. Last but not least they have a nice spa area.

Focus on (a bit overdone and useless) machines, only 2 bars available for squats, deadlifts etc. Really lacking the most basic things such as normal pulldown cables. Not very pleasant atmosphere. Spa is great with ample space, clean, nice atmosphere and a lot of amenities. Great if you look for a nearby spa but don’t really workout often

Lilia SokolowskaToo crowded especially in the evenings. Parking is very expensive. Also, only one fitness room which limits the amount of fitness classes vs other studios. There are several decent fitness classes like hips, bums and tuns, bodytoning on Tuesdays. Bodytoning on the weekends is quite messy, unstructured and leads to less calories burn vs classes on Tuesdays or in other studios like in glattpark. Strange that bodytoning performance differs so much depending on the teacher, would be better if it's more standardized like for other lessons (bodypump, grit, etc). Overall, despite the fact that I live nearby this fitness park, due to the factors above it's becoming more demotivating to come there.
