Albert Puah⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ John Reed Zurich has become one of my favourite gyms. The training atmosphere is fantastic—great energy, motivating environment, and an excellent selection of high-quality equipment. Whether you’re lifting weights or doing cardio, everything is well maintained and there’s plenty of variety. A special shout-out to Dione at the Kids Club. She consistently goes above and beyond in caring for my son, Anders, while I train. Knowing he’s in such caring and capable hands gives me complete peace of mind and allows me to fully focus on my workout. Her kindness, patience, and genuine care make a huge difference, and it’s one of the main reasons I enjoy coming here. Highly recommend John Reed Zurich, especially for parents looking for a gym that truly supports families!

The staff have been incredibly helpful, A special thank you to Tom, who went above and beyond to help me sort something out. He was professional, approachable, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. I'd definitely recommend this gym to anyone.
Bonolo Mogotsi-SimãoWhat a SCAM! Be careful of this gym. When you “want more information” on their ads you are automatically tied into a contract which they force you to pay. Apparently they don’t even need your signature as confirmation of membership. I would stay away from such customer service! There are far better gyms around with superior customer service. Utterly disgusted by the scam I have never even step foot in this gym and i am meant to pay 188frc
Katerina KopayGreat place, if you like beautiful design. I am new member, and can say, that it’s great experience, everything so thoughtful, a lot of details, new training machines, great DJ music, sauna, places for rest. I really like this gym.
Daria DostoynovThe gym is good, facilities are great too! But what really actually deserves the 5* is the kids club. Dione is fantastic, she is responsible, fun, kind and my son looked forward to the gym and didn't want to leave from there. Thank you Dione for being so kind and caring.

WARNING: THIS IS A SCAM My experience with John Reed has been extremely negative. Despite the fact that I had never knowingly given my consent to renew my membership for a further two years, I was nevertheless charged and asked to pay amounts relating to both periods. During those two years, I never attended the gym and was not even aware that my membership was still active. Even though I ultimately paid the disputed amounts, I continue to receive reminder letters and payment demands from companies appointed for debt collection. I consider this handling to be seriously unfair, highly non-transparent, and detrimental to consumers’ rights. I therefore strongly urge anyone considering signing up for a membership to carefully review all contractual terms, renewal clauses, and cancellation procedures, and to keep records of every communication and payment receipt. For my part, I reserve the right to formally challenge any further payment request that is not supported by adequate contractual and documentary evidence. I strongly advise against this gym. My experience has involved charges that I did not knowingly authorise, repeated payment demands, and administrative handling that I consider completely unacceptable.
