Holmes Place Zürich Jelmoli, along with the entire Jelmoli building, is currently undergoing a major renovation. In its time, Holmes Place was one of the best fitness clubs in town, though it has since needed a well-deserved refresh which I understand is now work in progress as part of the exciting new “Version 2.0.” We had a great experience there overall, with helpful trainers and excellent facilities at the time. While there were a few misunderstandings with the front desk regarding the contract details, Dina provided outstanding support and resolved everything efficiently. The location is unbeatable, perfect for those who enjoy shopping nearby or stopping in after a busy day at work. Membership also offers access to other Holmes Place clubs around Lake Zurich, which is a great perk, especially for weekends in the summer. We look forward to seeing the upgraded club and may potentially consider rejoining once the central gym re-aligns with the renewed standards and pricing.

I’ve been a member at Holmes Place Zürich for a while now and I absolutely love it. The gym is always clean, well organized, and has a really welcoming atmosphere. The equipment is modern and well maintained, and there is plenty of space to work out comfortably. The staff are friendly, professional, and always happy to help. It honestly makes working out feel enjoyable instead of like a chore!

I've tried several gyms over the past 10 years in Switzerland, and this one is by far the best! The equipment is great, and the roof terrace is amazing and can train outdoors with an amazing view. The spa area is fantastic, with saunas and steam baths, perfect for relaxing after a workout. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the same goes for the people who train here. It creates such a welcoming atmosphere. I was never really into group training before, but here, I really enjoy it. It really feels like home. And let’s not forget the food at the bar absolutely amazing! The chef prepares everything fresh on the spot, and you really need to try it.

I started dragged along by someone I knew a bit as a joke and instead I have been going to the Holmes Place gym for a year and a half. I don't like machines but I appreciated the wide range of classes with good instructors. What I like in a gym is the continuity with the same instructors and not a constant change. You establish trust and a solid relationship to commit and improve day by day. My favourite classes are Pilates, Body Shape, PM Rush and Legs, Bums and Tums. I appreciate the available towels, the spa area and the chef's kitchen as well as the friendliness at reception of most of the staff. I feel like at home! And with my subscription I have access to all Holmes Places so in the summer I also like to go to the one on the lake for swimming. The only thing I am still not convinced about is yoga classes, but yoga is a philosophy not a fitness class.

absolutely insane how badly you get treated, especially young people. they do not let you temrinate your abo even if you stayed a year, let them know yiu got harassed. they also talk poorly down on you with no respect. i found it always super full and kinda nasty. it got better afyer they renovated some of it. but truly i would have loved to read this before i signed up for this. i'm fighting to cancel this membership since two months as well as my friend which got mistreated badly.
