This an absolutely fantastic gym and wellness facility. Awesome staff, very helpful, and great mix of members. Comments re: floors in the men’s shower being under-maintained are accurate. The facilities would also benefit from a dryer for swim attire, and I was surprised to find the facilities were lacking in this respect. Everything else - absolutely top!!

Personally, this is one of the cleanest gyms I have ever visited. I have not had direct contact with the reception staff, but everyone is very helpful, including the cleaning staff. It tends to be very crowded in the afternoons, but that doesn't prevent you from doing your workouts. I find the sauna very clean, spacious, and pleasant. If you prefer a sauna with fewer people, it's best not to go during peak hours or on Sunday afternoons. Otherwise, everything is excellent.

I chose Fitnesspark Glattpark mainly because it is close to my home and because I have serious back problems. The heated pool was a key reason why I decided to commit to an annual membership, since warm water therapy is very important for my spine and recovery. Unfortunately, the “heated” pool at Glattpark is actually quite cold. It is not comfortable to stay in the water for long, and it does not support therapeutic exercise at all — instead, you end up feeling cold and tense, which defeats the entire purpose. After visiting the Fitnesspark Stockerhof, I noticed a huge difference: the water there is significantly warmer, the facility feels cleaner, more organized, and overall much better maintained. I’m disappointed because I now have to travel much further just to get the warm pool experience I expected when I signed up at Glattpark. For a premium gym, I believe the pool temperature should be consistent and truly warm as advertised.

I recently joined this fitness studio and have been thoroughly impressed. Immaculate Cleanliness: The studio is spotless, making for a very pleasant workout environment. State-of-the-Art Equipment: All the machines are brand new and well-maintained, providing a top-notch fitness experience. Friendly Staff: The staff here are exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist and ensure you have a great workout. Comparison: Significant Improvement Over Stockerhof: Compared to Stockerhof, the difference is clear. The superior cleanliness, modern equipment, and welcoming staff make this studio stand out. Overall, this fitness studio offers an outstanding experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality place to work out.

Beware: automatic renewal unless you cancel in writing at least 2 months before the end of contract. It pisses me off, because on the website where you have access to your account, it makes it seem as if it does not renew automatically. You have a nice big button to "renew contract", and a field mentioning when your current contract runs out. Yes, on the small print of the contract you signed initially it states that you need to cancel two months in advance or it renews automatically for a year. However, the website is clearly misleading and I relied on that. Unfortunately I got screwed. Hope no one falls for the same trick. It's doubly frustrating, because I might be moving soon to a different country , so I won't even be able to use it.

I've been a member of the fitness center for several years and usually train at the Glattpark location. I feel quite comfortable there – the facility is spacious, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and overall I'm satisfied. However, I've also noticed that especially on weekends, a lot of people are already working out in the mornings. This sometimes leads to longer waiting times for the equipment. I think this problem could be alleviated somewhat by opening a little earlier on Saturdays and Sundays. My suggestion would be to open the facility at 7:00 a.m. This would allow visitors to spread out more and make the workout more pleasant and relaxed for everyone.
