The reason for this 1-star review is simple: the experience I had was completely different from what I believed I was signing up for. I joined because the website prominently advertised “No Commitment.” Based on that message, I signed up for what I understood to be a 2-month membership. Instead, I was charged for many additional months after that period ended. What makes this particularly frustrating is that my access badge records would clearly show that I wasn’t even using the facility during those months. Despite this, the company was unwilling to show any flexibility, offer any meaningful refund, or take my actual usage into account. When I contacted customer service, I expected a reasonable discussion. Instead, I received an unhelpful response and was essentially told that the charges would stand. Even after requesting cancellation, additional payments were still collected before the membership was finally terminated. The most disappointing part is the contrast between the prominent marketing message and the customer experience that followed. In my case, “No Commitment” did not match my expectations of how the membership and cancellation process would work. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after paying for months of a service I wasn’t using and receiving no meaningful customer support, I feel obligated to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. Read every term carefully and do not rely solely on the marketing claims displayed on the website. Extremely disappointing customer experience.

The place is always spotless, which is something I really appreciate. It’s also super convenient since it’s located just a few minutes from the station. The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming—both the staff and the other members create a really positive vibe. Plus, all the equipment is in excellent condition and well-maintained, which makes workouts smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped gym with a great community feel!

Sure, it doesn't have as many machines as Clever Fit, where I'm also a member. The gym has invested in many machines over the years. If i look back at 2020 there were very few. I like the quiet place comparing and not too crowded comparing to Clever Fit, except during peak hours. The manager of this branch is very friendly, and the students who work here have always behaved appropriately. Another point is that the place is very clean. The cleaner does a very good job and I have seen much worse in other gyms. Price is affordable even though I have always been doing monthly since i started training 6 years ago. One improvement would be a bell to ring when a staff member isn't at their station and a customer is waiting outside. And an analog weight scale, but it isn't critical. Nevertheless, I'm very satisfied, and it's like a second home. I say this as a long-time customer.

I visited this gym while on vacation in Switzerland, and I was truly impressed! The facilities were spotless, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and full of positive energy. The music selection was also great, a big plus for me, as it really adds to the motivation. A special thanks to fitness instructor Stavroula Iliadi, who was absolutely amazing. She guided me through everything with professionalism and warmth, making me feel right at home from the very first session. Highly recommended!
