Merlinda MaliqiI had a wonderful experience with the Anti-Gravity Fitness class at Holmes Place, especially thanks to the amazing instructor, Lydia Zoda. As someone with hemiparesis, it is very important for me to feel supported and safe when trying new types of exercise. From the very beginning, Lydia was attentive to my needs. She came over regularly during the class, checked on me, helped me with the exercises when needed, and always made sure I felt comfortable and safe. I really appreciated the care and understanding she showed throughout the whole class. Thanks to her support, I was able to enjoy the experience and, most importantly, realize that I can actually do this type of fitness too. It meant a lot to me to have an instructor who was so considerate and encouraging. I left the class feeling happy, confident, and proud of myself. Thank you, Lydia, for making this such a beautiful experience!

I am working with PT Jasper for performance coaching to improve my running, and I have already made significant progress thanks to his guidance. The combination of the professional environment, Jasper’s expertise, and his personal approach really makes a difference. His own experience as an ultra runner is a great added value, and he knows how to apply his knowledge in a practical and effective way. The facilities are excellent, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is very professional. I can highly recommend Holmes Place Oberrieden-Seepark and PT Jasper to anyone looking to improve their performance and achieve their goals.

She was incredibly welcoming and made sure I felt comfortable, especially knowing it was my first time. She gave clear instructions and made me feel really well taken care of throughout the whole class. The activity itself was so much fun, and I left feeling an incredible boost of energy and happiness. I would definitely recommend Lydia and the class, and I’m already looking forward to doing it again!
Peace outA wonderful gym with a beautiful view. Clean, orderly and with highly competent trainers. It also has English speaking staff making it ideal for people visiting Switzerland or for expats who have just arrived. It also has a great number of other wellness and spa options. Definitely worth it.
Andrew JonesI have been a member of Holmes Place for a few years and am very happy there. Friendly staff, great gym, nice changing rooms, cool cafe, plus your own private Strandbad!! Yes it is expensive, but if you can go regularly you will absolutely find it worth it. A shout out as well to the Personal Training team. I have worked with Gym Manager John Lekatis since day one and I am now - at a retirement age- in the best shape of my life!
