An intense and inspiring 5-day Pilates training in Geneva. High-quality teaching, very well structured, with a great balance between theory and practice. I recently completed the Yoga Fascia Therapy course with Miranda, and it was an outstanding experience. Miranda’s wall yoga class was fantastic! Beautifully intense but with a flow to it all and the use of the chair at the end was amazing for relaxation. I can’t wait to come back!

Really amazing classes with such good energy. As an English speaker the instructor made sure I understood everything, which doesn’t happen always in Geneva !! Definitely recommend
