Edward VaughanOh wow, I’ve been going to this gym for what feels like a lifetime, and I’m just over the moon about it! The opening hours? Absolutely fantastic, like they know I need to fit in a workout between my busy schedule of binge-watching shows. The staff are so nice and always hovering around, ready to help—what a treat! And let’s not forget how spotless it is; I mean, who doesn’t love working out in a place that smells like a freshly scrubbed floor? The personal coaches? Brilliant! They really know how to cater to every fitness level, which is perfect for me since my “level” is mostly trying not to trip over my own feet. The equipment is top-notch and clearly designed for cross-training enthusiasts—how very niche! And the best part? It’s not crowded at all when I’m there. I guess everyone else is busy at the “other” gym. Truly, I have nothing but glowing praise for this little slice of fitness paradise!
Chris EidsonI'm not sure how this place is in business. I did a trial visit and actually enjoyed the gym. I tried to sign up online, but they declined all of my credit cards (they are all valid). I tried to call the number on the website but it was out of service. I tried the "contact us" function on the website and it didn't work. I tried to email but received no response. I went back to the gym but couldn't get in and didn't see an employee. I even joined their Insta account and messaged it. Nothing. Seriously how is this place in business? It seems like a great gym, but good luck joining.

acmz ssamI am extremely disappointed with my experience at EVO Fitness. I canceled my membership over two years ago through the app, following their instructions. However, despite my cancellation, EVO Fitness continued to charge me monthly fees. Trying to resolve this issue has been a nightmare. After realizing I was still being charged, I attempted to log in to check my account, but suddenly, my password didn’t work, and the system wouldn’t let me reset it. It became impossible to communicate with a representative—I couldn’t get help through the app, and reaching an actual person was next to impossible. Frustrated, I finally had to cancel my credit card just to stop the ongoing charges. Now, EVO Fitness is reaching out to me as though I’m the one at fault. I did everything by the book to cancel, yet they kept billing me and have shown no accountability for their system’s failures. This experience has been stressful, time-consuming, and costly. I would not recommend EVO Fitness to anyone unless they improve their customer service, app reliability, and cancellation process.
