JessieLou141We took a membership out here because when we wanted to play paddle it was going to cost us €60/hour at a place closer to where we live... Now we can do practically all sports and reserve courts when we like for, technically a fraction of the price. I’ve since tried aqua bike and Sebastian is a great coach for this. I find his aqua sports enjoyable and leaving like I have worked out. Nathalie always has a warm greeting and remembers our names, which makes you feel like a valued member. Also, after a "hard days" work, with the sun shining i can take advantage of the outdoor pool and maybe have a glass of rose, because, why not when in France ;)
Peninah KariukiI joined the club in 2023 and I must commend Ms Shirley at the reception for her exceptional service. Everytime I walk in, she greets me with a warm smile and makes me feel right at home. Her professionalism and knowledge about the club's amenities are impressive, and she's always more than happy to assist with any questions I have. Her demeanor and attention to detail truly enhances my experience. It's clear she takes pride in her role and genuinely cares about the members.
Gaizka MentxakaMost of the staff are very nice and that is appreciated. There are clearly some good things going on for this club but the reality is that it is very expensive for what you get, even for Geneva standards. Some of the equipment and facilities are outdated. Very aggressive way of acquiring new members but then zero flexibility to benefit from some of the associated perks to sign up. Based on conversations I have had with other fellow members it is clear that they take advantage of no real competition in the area. Should a new club with similar offerings come up in Geneva a bunch of us would probably switch.
