Aldo SantalcoGood variety of classes at good time during the day. Good instructors providing you with advice and corrections when needed. Amenity to practice is unfortunately quite small as well as the wardrobe quite small and basic.
Rodrigo CarcelenGreat studio, very professional. David’s class is one of the best I’ve tried. clear instructions, good rhythm, and a calm energy that really helps you focus. The space is clean and well-equipped, and the overall vibe is relaxed and nice. Definitely worth checking out if you’re into yoga or pilates.

Natascha LevinI have been attending several classes with several different teachers and I am overall very happy! Fiona, Elena and David are for me great teachers, in yoga, and Stephanie and Adrien in Pilates. I recommend everyone to give it a try as there are plenty of options and schedules!
caro dtuThe Pilates course with Stephanie is excellent! After 3 weeks, I very much start to notice muscles I never knew I had. What I appreciate more than anything is the mental break the course gives me. There are so many pieces to focus on (breathing, flexing, stretching) all at once, that I don't have the headspace to be distracted by any worries in the day. Wednesdays at lunchtime is a great time to unwind and start off the afternoon energized !
