• Nouvel emplacement lumineux, moderne et bien ventilé — nette amélioration par rapport à l'ancien site
• L'accès 24h/24 et la proximité du nœud de transport d'Oerlikon sont régulièrement mentionnés comme des atouts

• Renseignez-vous sur les conditions contractuelles et la réactivité administrative avant de signer — les plaintes sont persistantes sur toutes les périodes
• Les vestiaires du nouvel emplacement sont unanimement signalés comme bien trop petits pour la demande aux heures de pointe
• Vérifiez la disponibilité des équipements — certaines machines de l'ancien site n'ont pas été transférées vers le nouveau

The gym is great, but there are a few things to improve. 1. Etiquette. It’s so pure chaos, many people don’t put the plates and weights back, bars are left loaded, etc. Such a small thing that can make a huge difference in the quality of everyone’s time. The staff can try to educate the customers more proactively. Probably an easy win. (Send a newsletter, put signs on the wall, etc.) 2. Changing room. I’ve never seen such a small changing room and such small lockers in my entire life. I know it’s hard to change, so I don’t expect a miracle.

I go to the gym for over a year now and looking forward to the new one in Oerlikon. Several months ago I sent an e-mail asking for safety bars, never got an answer, but they appeared. So thanks for that! I have a few suggestions for the new location: - As one has to scan the QR Code at the entrance, there needs to be some sort of light. I struggle in the evening or at night to scan it. - If you buy a daypass at 23p.m. and work out till 1a.m. you can't exit as the pass is only valid on one day. Maybe make it valid 24h instead of a calendar day. - There are many headbands but none for the ankle. I would prefer some ankle bands for kick backs and could live without a head harnesses at each machine :D - a pair of gymnastic rings hanging from the ceiling would also be very cool - The safety info over the speakers is annoying and I believe it doesn't really help in an emergency. I feel safe with the emergency buttons and the defibrillator. - it is annoying one needs to scan the QR code to exit the gym, because phones batteries get empty during training. Overall I like the gym, it is one of the few that you can access around the clock, it has many lockers, great machines and not too many people. Thanks for the great offer to train there.

after they renewed the gym the changing rooms are comically small. There is no space. On top of this, there are less machine than before. I will not renew the subscription if things are not going to change.

What were they thinking with these changing rooms? They had an opportunity with a brand new building to build changing rooms big enough for many members. When I saw the changing rooms I literally laughed out loud. 3 people can change at max at the same time. What were you thinking? There is no way a British person made this decision. This would never happen at a PureGym in the UK.

I had a great experience with the gym staff! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, smiling and caring. Even though I don’t speak German, they were extremely helpful and took the time to answer all my questions in fluent English. Their clear explanations and supportive attitude made everything easy to understand. Excellent customer service and a very positive atmosphere! I do highly recommend this gym!
