Lorena BruniI have been attending this studio for a few months now, taking Reformer classes with Jael and Melissa. The teachers are wonderful, and because the classes are small (max 4 people), they follow you perfectly and pay close attention to every movement. The lessons are always different and the atmosphere is fantastic. At the end of each lesson, you feel wonderfully good! I highly recommend it to everyone! Both for those who have never done Pilates before and want to try this wonderful discipline that, once you start, you can't do without 😉 and for those who have been doing it for a long time and are looking for an attentive and highly professional environment! ❤️

Jael and Elin are incredible — not only because of their knowledge, experience and dedication, but also because they are truly inspiring women. I also never thought that “hating” someone for 55 minutes would make me love them for the rest of the day. I’ve been practicing Pilates with them for a year now, and the energy I feel in their classes is addictive. And of course, what it has done for my back and my body is an added bonus!

I started going to her Pilates sessions once a week to rebuild strength after muscle loss from MS and chronic pain, and it hasn’t been an easy journey—but it’s been absolutely worth it. Jael has this rare ability to push you just enough while still respecting your limits. Every session feels thoughtful and tailored, never overwhelming, and always encouraging. Progress is slow, but it’s real. I can feel small changes adding up, and for the first time in a while, I genuinely feel hopeful—like there is light at the end of the tunnel. If you’re dealing with chronic pain or rebuilding strength after illness, having Jael in your corner makes all the difference.

Nora DemiriI’ve been doing Pilates for almost a year now and attend classes twice a week. I usually train with Melissa, Elin, and Kasha. The classes are excellent, and there is a strong focus on performing all exercises correctly and with proper form. Over this time, I’ve made significant progress in many areas—especially in improving my posture and building a strong foundation that also supports other types of training.
