Mon CBThe gym itself and the equipment are very nice and well maintained. There is no doubt about the quality of the facilities. However in terms of customer service, I am really disappointed. I have trained in other gyms in Zürich and a "hello" and "goodbye" from the staff is normally a basic courtesy. With the exception of one lady at the reception, nothing comes from the rest of the staff at the reception nor from trainers walking around. It might be different towards the customers they know well, but there should not be a difference. This changes completely the impression one leaves with. Given this experience I will not continue as a member.

If you’re looking for a personal trainer, Vivian and Dieter are the most knowledgeable and trusted trainers I can recommend!😊

PringlesStayed in Zürich twice (arrival and departure) and this gym is amazing. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Made my workouts even more enjoyable. Tidy and clean, well maintained machines and equipment. Lots of great machines, big free workout area and nice wellness area. Definitely one of the best gyms that I have been to. I can recommend anyone staying for vacation or living in Zürich to check out this gem. I will definitely miss it but I am glad to have had the pleasure to work out here!
