The equipment is top-notch, always clean, and well-maintained. The trainers are knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced lifter. Omid is such a generous person. Gave proper demonstration of gym and explained everything properly. What I love most is the atmosphere—motivating, energetic, and welcoming. The group classes are fun and effective, and the personal training sessions are definitely worth it. Plus, the gym is spacious, so you never feel crowded even during peak hours.
