Amazing gym - new equipment, dressing room, spa-like showers and modern machines I didn't even know how to use. You get a one-day free trial which is super worth it, staff is attentive and kind.

24th Jan 2026: Cancelled my free trial, was charged anyway, and then told it was my problem. Despite cancelling within the trial period and contacting support immediately, EVO refused to correct the charge and continued to insist on further payments for a membership I never used and never authorised. Support was unhelpful and dismissive throughout. I’ve had to escalate this to my bank. This is not how you treat customers, especially first-time ones. 10th Feb 2026 Reply to EVO team’s message: I did contact EVO support directly and went back and forth over email about this (membership #87444). Despite cancelling within the trial period and never using the membership, the charge wasn’t corrected. The reason for leaving this review is simply because private contact didn’t resolve the issue. I’m open to this being properly reviewed, but so far the responses have mainly relied on policy wording rather than addressing the incorrect charges. There have also been repeated attempts to take further payments from my account even after the membership was cancelled and the charge disputed with my bank, which is concerning.

It's cheap, so I guess you get what you pay for. Few machines, you often gotta wait. Really gave up on it when I got injured at the gym and contacted them to let them know how, given small adjustments would prevent it to happen to other people. They never replied, even after a phone call where confirming they had received the email and would act on it.

It is an excellent training spot with a variety of the brand new equipment suitable for all tastes and skill levels. The staff is also friendly and supportive, making it easy to navigate the gym. The only thing missing is a sauna. Having one would make it more enjoyable experience allowing guests to rest and relax after workouts.
