⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ So grateful for my experience with Pilates Swiss Academy. The program is incredibly thorough, well-organized, and thoughtfully taught. Karolina is extremely knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in her students. I’ve learned so much about Pilates, anatomy, cueing, and how to move and teach with intention. Beyond the education itself, the environment feels warm and welcoming, and I’ve met really amazing, like-minded people along the way. Being part of this program has played a huge role in my growth both personally and professionally. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serious, high-quality Pilates education. 🤍

Can‘t say enough about this highly professional studio. Very knowledgeable, always changing the routine, able to answer all questions and Karoline makes it as fun as possible. Book a lesson! Currently taking the ausbildung - Karolina and her team are knowledgeable, fun, professional and I highly recommend anyone who is interested in anything about Pilates - take the trainings here!

Great studio! There is pretty much all the Pilates equipment one needs for learning, and the quality of the equipment is very good. Classes are very interesting and engaging and the atmosphere is great. Definitely recommend checking out this studio!

So - about a year ago we bought a wallboard. Ever since we have been using it almost daily topping it with the weekly onsite class sessions. This is a brilliant set up for us and we just love love love it. Sometimes we use it a full hour, sometimes just 15 minutes but already stretching a bit at the end of a long work day is simply divine. Go for it and get your wallboard, it is truly worth the investment!
