stefania RonnerI tried the gym and, although it has some nice machines and the people training there were friendly, I decided not to join. Overall, the gym felt a bit old, and I was disappointed that there was no body wash available and not many group classes. Another issue was that when a group class takes place in the area where some machines are located, those machines cannot be used during the class. I also had an introduction session with the coach, Vivi. Unfortunately, the experience did not make me feel comfortable. Some of the machines were not very intuitive and did not have clear instructions, so I had questions. However, I felt bad asking because the coach seemed distracted and not very motivated to explain things properly. At one point, another person at the gym corrected my form instead of the trainer doing so. On the positive side, the gym members were nice, and two friendly people helped me with things that had not been explained during the introduction. I also liked some of the machines. In the end, my decision was mainly based on the staff experience and the limited group course offering. Even though there were aspects I liked, I decided to join another, more luxurious gym that feels more worth the price in terms of coaching, space, amenities, and overall experience.

LoveFoodI was visiting friends from Germany and wanted to check out Luxor while I was in town. The gym equipment itself is excellent — well-maintained, good variety, no complaints there. The spa area was a different story. When I went to relax, I walked in on a situation between two other guests that was clearly inappropriate for a shared space and made it impossible to stay. It left me uncomfortable enough to cut my visit short. I'd come back for the gym floor, but I'd think twice about using the spa again unless there's better oversight of that area.
Mon CBThe gym itself and the equipment are very nice and well maintained. There is no doubt about the quality of the facilities. However in terms of customer service, I am really disappointed. I have trained in other gyms in Zürich and a "hello" and "goodbye" from the staff is normally a basic courtesy. With the exception of one lady at the reception, nothing comes from the rest of the staff at the reception nor from trainers walking around. It might be different towards the customers they know well, but there should not be a difference. This changes completely the impression one leaves with. Given this experience I will not continue as a member.
JacobmullertvSo far best gym I'v been at in Zrh. Working quite often in Zurich and I have finally discover a close to perfect GYM. Changing room and Spa smell fresh and clean. Very friendly staff, looking forward to come again.
