I had a fantastic experience at Holmes Place at Crowne Plaza Zürich. The club is modern, clean, and very well equipped - everything you need for a high-quality workout is available. The atmosphere is professional yet welcoming, and the staff are exceptionally friendly, helpful, and attentive. From the fitness area to the wellness facilities, everything is maintained to a very high standard. I especially appreciate the variety of training options and the overall premium feeling of the club. It truly feels like a place where you can focus on both your physical and mental well-being. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a top-level fitness and wellness experience in Zürich!

The reception team is always so friendly and welcoming. From the moment you walk in, they make you feel genuinely looked after. Super helpful, professional, and they create such a lovely atmosphere every day.

I go to this Holmes Place regularly and overall I have a positive experience. Pros • The staff at reception are consistently friendly and helpful. Once when it was raining, a staff member even gave me a towel to take with me so I could protect myself from the rain and return it next time. Small gesture, but very thoughtful. • The gym has a good variety of machines and the equipment itself is generally good quality. • There is a sauna, steam bath, pool and outdoor area, which I really appreciate. • The locker system works well and feels more practical than in some other Holmes Place locations (e.g. Jelmoli) Cons • There is only one leg press machine, which is often not enough. • There is no suitable space to throw a medicine ball against a wall, which limits certain types of athletic training. • The gym floor can sometimes feel a bit messy (weights left around) and occasionally not perfectly clean. • The biggest issue for me is the showers. The water flow is extremely weak and the push-button system only runs for about 20 seconds before you have to press again. Because of this, a quick shower can easily turn into a very long one, which is quite frustrating. Overall, the club has many good features and the staff are great, but some practical issues -especially the showers-could definitely be improved.

I was very satisfied with this gym! The place is clean, well-equipped, and there are always enough machines available, so you don’t have to wait. The atmosphere is great and really motivating, which makes working out even better. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist if you have any questions. You can tell they really care about maintaining a high standard and paying attention to details. I would definitely recommend this gym to everyone!
